Before dispatch

We will try to accommodate cancellation or address changes before packing or dispatch. Custom, bulk or private-label work may not be cancellable after preparation begins.

After dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Contact our team with your TNB order number so we can review the current status.

Refund timing

Any approved refund method and timing will be confirmed directly, based on how payment was received.
